Our Production
Rustico
Rustic brushed terracotta is a type of flooring characterised by a rough, uneven surface, achieved by treating the unfired material with steel brushes before firing. Brushing the unfired material removes surface salts, brings out the clay’s intense colour and gives the surface an ‘orange peel’ effect.
Trattato Ref
This rustic, honed terracotta is waxed directly at the factory and requires no further treatment by the fitter prior to its final use.
Muschiato
It is a product with a deliberately irregular appearance, achieved through the use of special rollers before drying, which give the surface its distinctive character. It is regarded as the equivalent of a handmade item due to its elegance.
Stratos
A rustic surface coated with a layer of silica crystals applied to the tile before firing, providing it with complete protection.
Old Looking
Extruded terracotta with an irregular surface, pre-washed, waterproofed and wax-treated to give an aged finish.
Available in ‘pinkish’ and ‘blondish’ shades. For indoor use only and for adhesive laying.
CottoCaldo
Our CottoCaldo underfloor heating system easily makes your home a comfortable place to live.
Handmade
It is made using the traditional methods of the ‘old kilns’ of Impruneta. It is a product of great charm, quality and versatility.
Bosco & Sabbia
An ideal alternative to traditional handmade items with an uneven surface.
Glazed Handmade
The ultimate expression of craftsmanship, made and glazed entirely by hand, in bright, warm colours.
Sestini
A typical feature of the historic production of Impruneta terracotta, this solid piece is extruded in various thicknesses and is suitable for street furniture and paving due to its durability.
Raschiato
An extruded product obtained by scraping with steel blades to give the surface a scratched, non-slip finish.
Handrails
Ideal for protecting and finishing low walls, fences or staircases. The high quality of the material used ensures strength and durability.
Street Furniture
Drain channels, grates, non-slip paving slabs – elements designed to withstand frost, rain and foot traffic.
Attic Tiles
A product with a long-standing tradition, used exclusively for the construction of exposed floor slabs or loft spaces.
